Designed for frame forming.
The LN34-S series frame down press hydraulic press is suitable for forming products in industries such as hardware, electrical appliances, watch straps, watch cases, grinding wheels, plastic rubber, embossing, and re molding. It is also suitable for other precision products that rely on mold pressing and forming, such as hard alloy products, grinding wheel products, brake pads, etc. Functions such as pressure maintaining and material returning can be added according to customer needs.

- The frame is welded as a whole, with good rigidity;
- The main cylinder moves from top to bottom for easy operation;
- The movable crossbeam has a two-stage speed, fast upward movement with no load, slow profiling and pressing, fast return travel, and high work efficiency;
- Fast pressing speed after mold closing;
- Automatic counting function;
- The main sealing components are imported products, with a long service life;
- The key electrical components adopt well-known brands from Europe, America, and Japan, with high working reliability;
- The hydraulic components are selected from internationally renowned brands to ensure good performance;
- The surface of the guide pillar and piston rod are treated with medium frequency and plated with hard chromium;
- Equipped with infrared protection device for safer operation;
- Can be configured according to customer needs for upper feeding or lower feeding;
- Multiple working modes: fixed stroke and constant pressure options for the main cylinder, and options for using or not using the material (optional);
