The Ln64 series four column rapid hydraulic stretching machine is designed and manufactured specifically for the aluminum and stainless steel product industries. It is particularly suitable for the extrusion forming of aluminum thin sheets and aluminum products, as well as the extrusion forming of stainless steel thin sheets and stainless steel products. It is also suitable for processes such as shaping, trimming, flanging, bending, or composite stretching of metal materials. This series of models is widely used in industries such as kitchenware, tableware, hardware, automobiles, motorcycles, etc.

Machine features

The movable crossbeam has two sections of speed, fast descending without load, slow profiling and pressing, fast return, and high work efficiency;
Automatic material return device, simplifying mold structure;
Automatic counting function;
The main sealing components are imported products, with a long service life;
The key electrical components adopt well-known brands from Europe, America, and Japan, with high working reliability;
The hydraulic components are selected from internationally renowned brands to ensure good performance;
The surface of the column and piston rod are treated with medium frequency and plated with hard chromium;
Equipped with infrared protection device for safer operation;
Centralized lubrication system to extend the service life of the machine;
Multiple working modes: main cylinder fixed stroke and constant pressure optional, lower cylinder edge pressing and material returning optional, material using or not using optional, lower cylinder using or not using optional.
