一、As the pressure of the four column hydraulic press increases, the gas in the oil becomes bubbles. When the pressure rises to a certain limit value, the bubbles rupture at high temperatures, rapidly acting on the surface of the parts.
二、Reason for coolant. The coolant of a four column hydraulic press contains chemical reactions that are prone to occur with anti-corrosion media, and their interaction can also accelerate the rate of cavitation. If the cooling system is well maintained, it can prevent the occurrence of cavitation.
三、The hydraulic oil quality is not qualified. Ensuring the quality of hydraulic oil is the main factor in preventing cavitation.
